Can I Drive to the Welcome Party or Wedding?

Welcome Party: There is limited parking available at the Jackalope Ranch. If you are staying at the La Quinta Resort & Spa, it is highly reccomended to take the provided Shuttle.

Wedding: Unfortunately not. Round-trip shuttle transportation to and from La Quinta Resort & Spa will be running all night and is provided and required for the Wedding. If you are not staying at the hotel, you will need to meet there to catch the shuttles. There will not be parking onsite.

Will the events be outdoors?

Yes — both our welcome party and wedding will take place outdoors. Temperature’s will likely be in the mid-high 80s, and could get down to the high 50s at night.

What will the weather be like?

Late October evenings in the desert are warm during the day and cooler at night. We recommend layers for comfort.

Can Kids Attend?

We love your kiddos, but for one night only, let’s leave the juice boxes at home and raise something a little stronger instead.

Can I bring a plus-one?

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate guests who are formally invited. If a plus-one has been included, it will be indicated on your invitation and RSVP.

What is the hospitality suite?

The hospitality suite, a Galanti family tradition, is a place where people can hang out throughout the weekend and will be stocked with snacks, beverages (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic), and light breakfast in the mornings. Located in the Hacienda Zia Suite, we hope to see you there!
