Is transportation provided?

Yes. Round-trip shuttle transportation from La Quinta Resort & Spa is provided and required for both the Welcome Party and the Wedding.

What will the weather be like?

Late October evenings in the desert are warm during the day and cooler at night. We recommend layers for comfort.

What is the attire?

• Welcome Party: Halloween costumes!!

  - Wigs, accessories, and FULL OUT costumes are not only welcome, but highly encouraged!! We would love for everyone to be decked out to kick off our wedding weekend. So please lean in, go all out, and come ready to party. (use your own discretion in terms of costumes and if you have any questions feel free to reach out!)

• Wedding: Black Tie

Will the events be outdoors?

Yes — both our welcome party and wedding will take place outdoors. Temperature’s will likely be in the mid-high 80s, and could get down to the high 50s.

Can I drive myself to the wedding?

Due to venue regulations and limited parking, self-transportation is not available. All guests must use the provided shuttles from the La Quinta Resort & Spa
